Go to "Special Features" menu and click directly to the right until Carl's chain lights up.

Leprauchpolis Raw #2:
Go to "Special Features" then "Episode Commentaries." Click below until the opening to Meatwad's igloo lights up.

Disc 2:
Leprauchpolis Raw #3:
On the main menu, click directly to the left until Shake's straw lights up.

Leprauchpolis Raw #4:
On the main menu, click directly to the right until Frylock's eyes lights up.

Assisted Living Dracula Movie:
Click on Episodes. Then move your cursor to "Play All" and hit directly up to highlight the "103" above the doorway.
Disc 1:
Puppet Horror:

Vegetable Man Movie:

Not so much an easter egg, but if you click on "Play All" it does just that... except it plays all 13 eps at once              

Disc 1:
Something...:
Go to Languages, Continue, then keep hitting to the right until the "e" in "Aqua Teen Hunger Force" is lit.

Disc 2:
Snyder Sings:
At the main menu, just keep hitting towards the right until one of the squares above Meatwad's eyes lights up.

Snyder Kazoos:
In the episodes menu, go to "Diet" and move up until a Mooninite guitar appears.

Raydon Outtakes:
Follow instructions from the last egg, after you unveil the guitar, hit up once more until Ignignokt's face is highlighted.

Snyder Sings (Part Deux):
Same place as the egg on  disc 1. Hit leftwards until Shake's tongue lights up.
