Aqua Fakts

  • More of the inside of Dr. Weird's lab is shown in this episode, as noted when Steve walks closer to the RainbowMaker 400 in the opening.
  • Meatwad is shown in the pool for the first time ever in this episode.
  • Meatwad's brain is made reference to (including its ability to be removed from inside of Meatwad at will) in this episode but is never seen.
  • Some more changes were made in this episode, mainly to the appearance of Carl's home and Meatwad's room (including the removal of his grill) and the voice of the narrator is now clearly recognizable as that of Schoolly D as well as a few other minor details.
  • Meatwad morphs into yet another shape in this episode. This time he is in the mock-shape of a man, in order to fill out the suit Master Shake forces him to wear.
  • Things the leprechauns have managed to steal: purses, a basketball, a Bananarama tape (with no case), a skateboard, a hockey stick, sunglasses, roller skates, a slinky, a boomerang, a water bottle, a bent frisbee, Carl's gold chain and various other pieces of worthless junk
  • A dialogue between Flargon and Merle reveals that Merle is neither Irish or a leprechaun. Merle states that he is from Rhode Island and that he is half-Korean.
  • Other creatures/things that appear during Meatwad's rainbow monologue: A bluebird, a giraffe, a shark (possibly Old Kentucky Shark from the Space Ghost: Coast to Coast episode "Kentucky Nightmare"), a lobster, a villain borrowed from the old Scooby Doo cartoons, a bear riding a scooter, another bear (which was also seen in a few Space Ghost: Coast to Coast episodes) and a robot.
  • The number of Carl's house is visible above his door. It is number 328.
  • Rough versions of scenes that were never used in the final cut of this episode can be found on disc 1 of the Volume 1 set, accessible as Easter eggs. They include additional plot details that involve Frylock communicating via the internet with the leprechauns as they pretend to be a woman showing interest in Frylock as well as some other things, involving Dr. Weird getting revenge on the leprechauns for stealing his machine.
