- The name of the pornographic magazine Err reads in Carl's room is "Scurvy". The magazine Ignignokt is shown holding in the forest doesn't have the cover displayed, but instead shows an ad for "Pleasure" brand cigarettes.
- It is interesting to note that the forest clearing Meatwad and the Mooninites take Carl's dresser to is the same one seen in "Escape From Leprauchpolis".
- The tanning bed Carl uses to thaw himself out with makes its first appearance in this episode.
- The bus used in "Bus of The Undead" and the truck used in "Ol Drippy" reappear in this episode when Shake is shown in the middle of the street.
- During the ending credits, when the scene cuts to the moon, the Mooninites can be seen standing out of focus toward the center of scene.
