Synopsis:

Shake returns from Guatemala where he has apparently had shoddy plastic surgery work done. Meatwad, who had enjoyed his time away from Shake, plays Devil's Advocate and begins to convince Shake to constantly return for more frivolous surgery procedures. Eventually, Shake's vanity will be his undoing.

Aqua Fakts

  • This is the second episode where Carl's friend Terry is made reference to.
  • The warehouse (which is ironically the same warehouse that MC Pee Pants and Sir Loin both use as a base of operations) that Shake, Meatwad and Carl go to has a sign above the entrance that reads "D & M Body Shop". The "D" and "M" clearly denote the first initials of the shows creators, Dave Willis and Matt Maiellaro.
